André Mykhalevych
Founder & CEO, Portugal Papers
Portugal Papers was founded in 2026, drawing on André Mykhalevych’s experience working with immigration, legal and administrative matters in Portugal since 2014.
Years of working with people moving to Portugal also brought him closer to Portuguese communities around the world. Their stories, and the difficulties they often face dealing with institutions back home, inspired the creation of Portugal Papers.
André's passion is building businesses and systems that did not exist yesterday. He believes modern technology, automation and artificial intelligence can dramatically improve how services work. But behind every document request, every conversation and every process, there must still be real people who care.
That combination of technological efficiency and genuine human attention is the philosophy behind Portugal Papers.
