Order Process

When placing an order:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You authorize us to act on your behalf with relevant institutions
• Processing times are estimates and may vary based on institutional workload
• You will be notified of any delays or issues with your order

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing terms:

• All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required before processing begins
• Government fees and shipping costs are additional where applicable
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

Refund Policy

Refunds are available if we are unable to complete your request due to circumstances within our control. Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be issued if processing has already begun. Each case is evaluated individually.
