Apostille
If the Power of Attorney will be used outside Portugal, an apostille is usually what makes it acceptable there. Tick the box in the form and we will arrange it — it is the one part of the service that continues after your visit. You do not have to work out whether you need one: tell us where the document is going and we will say.
If you cannot come to Lisbon
There are other ways to sign a Portuguese Power of Attorney from abroad, through a foreign notary or a Portuguese consulate. That route is not this service and we do not publish a price or a timeframe for it — write to us and we will talk it through.
