Corporate documents we prepare
Company files can include commercial registry certificates, articles of association, corporate resolutions, powers of attorney, company criminal records and other Portuguese corporate evidence.
We identify the document the foreign authority wants and put it into the correct authentication chain.
The source document matters
A digital access-code registry certificate, a paper registry record, a notarised corporate act and a private company document do not enter the apostille system in the same way.
We start with the source. If the foreign filing needs a different format, we obtain or certify the right Portuguese document before apostille.
Hague and non-Hague files
For a Hague Convention destination, eligible Portuguese public documents use the apostille route.
If the file sits outside that route, we prepare the Portuguese side of the legalisation chain instead. You do not need to decide the system before contacting us.
Translation
Corporate files often contain technical statutes, registry entries or resolutions.
We add certified translation to the same case and prepare the translation around the completed authenticated document set.
Worldwide corporate service
Portugal Papers handles the Portuguese work from Lisbon and delivers completed company document files worldwide.
Send the corporate checklist and we take it from there.
