About this document
The Portuguese Certidão Permanente de Registo Comercial is the core official company registry record. It gives online access to the company's current commercial registrations and pending registration requests through an official access code.
Anyone can request it. The code can be shared with the bank, lawyer, investor, authority or business partner that needs to check the company record.
