The file can require the basic commercial registry certificate, registry + documents, statutes, annual accounts, FCPC, RCBE, company criminal record or a purpose-specific package.

Digital access codes
Several Portuguese corporate records are electronic and accessed through official codes.
For use inside Portugal, the code itself replaces a paper certificate in the official systems. For foreign use, we prepare the source format the receiving institution needs.
Apostille and legalisation
Eligible Portuguese public corporate documents can use the Hague Apostille route.
Other corporate material needs a different certification or legalisation path. We handle the Portuguese source preparation before the international authentication step.
Certified translation
Registry records, statutes and corporate resolutions use specialised legal language.
Portugal Papers adds certified translation and keeps names, NIPC, corporate roles, capital and registry references consistent across the file.
