Official Portuguese records
We obtain documents from the Commercial Registry, FCPC, RCBE and other Portuguese sources relevant to the company file.
Where the registry offers an official English version, we use it when it fits the destination. Where a certified translation is required, we prepare that instead.
Authentication and apostille
Corporate documents do not all follow one authentication route.
We identify the source document, prepare the correct Portuguese certification and handle apostille or another international authentication step that belongs to the file.
Translation and delivery
Certified translation and worldwide delivery are handled inside the same case.
You receive the finished company file instead of separate access codes, untranslated documents and a list of offices to contact.
