Bank onboarding also needs to identify who manages and represents the company.
We provide the current registry evidence and supporting corporate records used to prove management and representation.
Beneficial owners and ownership structure

We combine it with statutes and registry documents so the bank receives both the UBO evidence and the company structure behind it.
Other documents banks request
The bank can ask for annual accounts, tax documents, corporate resolutions, powers of attorney and identification of account representatives.
