What this certificate gives you
Portugal has a specific Certidão Permanente de Registo Comercial e Documentos. It includes the company's commercial registrations, pending registration requests and the electronic documents that served as the basis for those registrations.
Annual accounts sit outside this certificate. If you need financial statements as well, we add the separate Annual Accounts Certificate to the same corporate file.
When clients order it
This is the stronger choice for legal reviews, transaction files, corporate history checks and professional due diligence where a basic registry extract does not show enough of the underlying record.
Foreign lawyers and compliance teams often start with a simple request such as "full company documents". We turn that request into the correct Portuguese registry product.
Official access and validity
The certificate is accessed online through an official code. The code gives continuous access during the subscription period and shows the registry information available under that certificate.
The official registry offers subscriptions from one to four years. Portugal Papers orders the period that fits the file and sends you the access details.
International preparation
If the file is going abroad, we add the steps it needs: certified translation, apostille or another authentication route, and courier where a paper or certified set is required.
You send one request. We build the corporate document package in Portugal.
What to send us
Send the company name or NIPC and tell us what the foreign lawyer, bank, investor or authority wants to see.
If you only have their email or checklist, send that. We identify the Portuguese document set and handle the retrieval.
