The official permanent certificate of the latest pacto social or statutes gives access to the current version held by the commercial registry. It is a separate registry product from the basic company extract.
Why this document matters
Articles of association are routinely requested for KYC, corporate banking, legal opinions, shareholder transactions, investment rounds, due diligence and proof of company governance.
They show the company's constitutional framework, including the rules that sit behind management, representation, capital and corporate decision-making.
