Financial layer
Annual accounts provide the public accounting, tax and statistical information filed through Portugal's annual accounts system.
Tell us the financial years in scope and we add them to the due diligence file.
Status and supporting certificates
FCPC, company criminal record, tax debt certificate and other Portuguese records can be added where the diligence scope asks for them.
We treat the checklist as one corporate project, not a string of unrelated €99 requests.
Cross-border delivery
For foreign counsel, we add certified translation, apostille or other authentication and structured delivery.
