The complete retrieval route
Many clients come to us before they have the document itself. They know what a foreign authority wants, but the Portuguese certificate, extract or record still has to be obtained.
That is exactly the point of this service. We identify the correct Portuguese document, request it, prepare the apostille and deliver the final set.
Documents we handle
Common requests include birth, marriage and death certificates, Portuguese criminal records, company registry documents, property records and academic documents.
Some records are issued digitally, some on paper, and some require an additional authentication step before apostille. We handle the chain as one order.
Document plus apostille pricing
For standard Portuguese certificates, document retrieval is typically €99 and apostille service is €99.
A standard certificate plus apostille therefore starts at €198. Academic, corporate and non-standard documents are quoted around the actual work involved.
Translation and delivery
Add certified translation from €49 per document. Add international courier when you need the original paper file.
The result is a finished submission package, not a collection of separate service receipts.
