FCPC evidence
Portugal's official FCPC service states that the permanent FCPC certificate is sufficient for certain public procurement purposes, including supply and services contracts.
It gives current official entity data such as NIPC, company name, registered office, CAE, legal form, object, capital where applicable and status.
Commercial registry
Tender files also use current commercial registry evidence to identify the company and its registered management or representation.

Company criminal record
Portugal issues criminal record certificates for legal persons as well as individuals.
